The Investor Network is INVEST IN SPAIN´s new project. Soon, it will be established as an online service, intended to connect Spanish and international entrepreneurial capital with selected investment projects. Projects must be developed in Spain, offer high growth potential and require investment in excess of five hundred thousand euros.

USERS AND SERVICES

• Projects in need of funding of any sector of activity
  
  Spanish or foreign companies of any sector and any size, with an investment plan for their implementation, growth or expansion needs. The projects will be analysed beforehand in terms of feasibility, growth potential and their managerial team.
  
  The Investor Network will disclose project capital needs to investors whose investment strategies and criteria match those specified by the projects, and, should both parties be interested, will put them in touch so that the respective due diligence and negotiation processes can start.

• Investors
  
  Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, private investors, corporate banking and large companies willing to invest in companies in Spain.
  
  The Investor Network will provide investors with dealflow according to their investment strategy, although they will be granted full access to the project database at all times, regardless of their defined strategy.
  
  Investor data will be kept confidential for the remaining service users until the investor voices an intention to establish contact.

• Professional Advisers
  
  Spanish and international companies providing services both to the Private Equity and Venture Capital industry, and to companies that demand capital from said industry. They will be required to have over three years of experience and at least two investment processes per year.
  
  Professionals will be able to include their customers in the Investor Network.
