Senior Management Contracts

The special labor relationships of senior executives are regulated separately and there is a great deal of flexibility when it comes to drawing up employment contracts.

Senior executives can be dismissed without cause (i.e. contractual withdrawal by employer) with a minimum of a three months' notice, in which case executives are entitled to an indemnity of seven days pay per year worked, up to a maximum of six month's pay. Senior executives may also withdraw from a contract with a minimum of a three months' notice.
