Air Products Ibérica

New functions were added at the shared service center which the American multinational has in Cornellà de Llobregat: purchasing management, customer and billing management, and management of accounts receivable collection.
This new investment makes it possible to offer these centralized services to a total of 12 European countries.

Fawoo Technology

A joint venture between the Catalan company Reproplanet Graphic and the Korean firm Fawoo to set up a factory in Catalonia to manufacture Fawoo’s star product, 8-mm. methacrylate screens with many lighting applications (LumiSheet).

Fischbach Ibérica

Fischbach Ibérica is part of the German group Fischbach KG, world leader in the manufacture of cartridges for packaging silicon sealant and accessories. The group has factories in Europe, Asia and the United States and plans to make the Spanish subsidiary its headquarters for developing Southern European markets.

In particular, investment in Catalonia has included expansion of the production plant in Sils (Girona) and construction of a logistics warehouse to absorb the increased production that resulted from acquisition of 100% of the capital of its competitor MERCOPACK in Zaragoza.

Nestlé Spain

New factory for the Swiss multinational in Girona for production of a new range of closed-system hot and cold beverage products (capsules).

Dow Chemical Iberia

Installation of a global development center for water desalination technology and wastewater recycling.
