UK Firm Sinclair Pharma sets up in Madrid

United Kingdom company, Sinclair Pharma has set up shop in the San Fernando Business Park in San Fernando de Henares (Madrid), in order to begin activities in Spain.

This UK company founded in 1971 specializes in the sales and marketing of dermatological and Oral Health products in more than 85 countries around the world. It has subsidiaries in the United States, France, Italy, Portugal and Spain. It is listed on the London stock exchange and Euronext Paris.

Its business strategy is based on the acquisition of patented products at an advanced stage of development, their registration in key markets and their subsequent sale and marketing. Its international partners include US multinational Johnson & Johnson and German multinational Bayer.
Sinclair Pharma has a manufacturing plant with capacity to produce 6 million units a year.
