The State Department for Trade of the Ministry of Economy and Competitivity website offers the possibility to request the Certificate of Declared Foreign Investments.

To start the session, you must have a digital certificate for a legal entinty that shows that the person requesting the certificate belongs to the company to which such certificate is being processed.
