Exceptional geostrategic position

The Valencian Region has an exceptional geostrategic position in the middle of the Western Mediterranean Arch. This provides quick access to the national and European markets and makes it a true logistic hub in the South of Europe. The ports joins North Africa and Europe and is a key link with Latin America.

Competitive industrial land

The Valencian Region has more than 188 million square metres of industrial land in 660 industrial parks, plus as much as a further million square metres of public industrial land made available through novel forms of leases:

• Ad aedificandum lease: the land is provided at zero cost, the lessee undertakes to industrialise the land and create jobs.

All of this public land is considerably cheaper than in other major Spanish industrial areas, strategically well-located, adapted to the landscape and environmentally friendly and sustainable.
