The Barometer reaches its fourteenth edition and has become a must-read publication in Spain. Each edition presents the score and importance that more than 700 companies with foreign capital attach to the business climate in Spain in 2021. It also includes their forecasts for the year-end and next year. It identifies, in the medium term, the Spanish economic and social environment strengths that must be maintained and the main spheres of action that require further attention. Foreign capital companies established in Spain set out an improvement in employment in 2022 and appraise the infrastructures, the size of the market and the human capital of Spain. The Barometer assesses the following core Spain's characteristics and conditions in relation to its labor market, taxation, regulatory environment, infrastructure, costs, financing, human capital, innovation, market size and quality of life.
