Software and cloud solutions provider SoftwareOne Holding has reached an agreement to acquire Spanish company Novis Euforia, which specialises in providing SAP and cloud services and migrating to next-generation solutions within these environments. This acquisition will provide the Swiss company with new know-how as well as delivery and go-to-market capabilities to offer its customers in Europe.

Novis Euforia's cloud transformation and SAP transition processes to SAP S/4HANA have a high degree of automation. They thus provide their customers with a simplified environment to reorganise their operations, applications and data. The company, founded in 2019, is based in Madrid and, despite its short history, has fit perfectly into SoftwareOne's growth strategy.

Differentiating offer
The parties have not disclosed the agreed price or any other financial details of the transaction. The Swiss company has committed to fully integrating Novis Euforia's 35 employees and its entire management team when the transaction is completed.

Novis Euforia is in turn a partner of SNP, which awarded it SNP Partner of the Year in Spain in 2022, in recognition of its capabilities in the use of SNP data and transformation tools to automate SAP S/4HANA conversion projects.
