Arctech opens new European operations centre in Valencia

The logistics hub established its European headquarters in Madrid eight months ago.
Solar energy equipment provider Arctech, which specialises in smart solar trackers, fixed tilt structures, flexible PV mounting systems, PV cleaning robots and energy storage solutions, has opened its new European operations centre in Valencia.
Just eight months after establishing its European headquarters in Madrid, the Chinese company has set up a strategic facility that integrates functions like supply chain management, logistics, distribution, after-sales support and project coordination. It aims to strengthen operational capabilities on the continent, offering faster deliveries, localised after-sales support and improved service for solar projects across Europe.
Strategic location
The new centre has over 3,500 square metres of warehouse space, and its location is considered strategic for delivery and service throughout Europe. In fact, its implementation will transform Arctech’s operations on the continent, incorporating end-to-end supply chain capabilities and integrated logistics, distribution and after-sales. “It is not just a facility, it is a key enabler of our long-term strategy to serve Europe with agility, reliability and scale,” the company explained.
The inauguration last November of Arctech’s Madrid headquarters marked the first step in strengthening its integration into the European market and its commitment to expand its business and influence across the continent from there. Attracted by the abundant solar resources in Spain, the company had already opened a service centre, a regional headquarters and an R&D centre in Spain in 2023. From here the company offers solution design, technical support, delivery guarantee and operation, and maintenance support.
