Biodata Bank continues to grow and opens its first branch in Spain

The company’s innovative technology prevents heat hazards and accidents by monitoring workers in real time.
Japanese healthcare technology company Biodata Bank has officially announced that it is opening its first Spanish office in Madrid.
The company’s statement confirmed: although they have had a presence in the Spanish market for four years, “establishing an official office in Spain marks an important milestone for us. We chose Madrid not only because it is the capital of Spain, but also because the city offers a dynamic ecosystem of visionary companies and a collaborative environment that fits perfectly with our growth aspirations in Spain.”
Health technology
Specialising in the field of healthcare technology, Biodata Bank has developed a heat flow sensor incorporated in a watch, the Heat Warning Watch, whose Canaria Plus model has become the flagship for this innovative system. The device accurately tracks body temperature changes in real time and triggers alerts when unsafe or unstable levels are detected.
In addition to being a health risk, thermal hazards can also cause accidents and affect working conditions. Launched in 2020, the watch serves as a preventive measure and helps protect workers exposed to heat stress in industries like construction, energy and foundries, to name but a few.
