Hub71 adds Spain’s eVoost to unique AI ecosystem

Its AI-based real estate platform proposal has raised 1.4 million euros in a pre-seed round.
Abu Dhabi’s technology ecosystem, Hub71, has added the Spanish company eVoost to its 26 new members, which make up the so-called Cohort 17, the largest to date. The participants in this edition have been chosen after analysing over 2,000 applications from startups in 12 countries. Most of them are at the seed stage, in line with Hub71’s approach of supporting startups in their early phases so they can grow into resilient international companies.
eVoost – a Spanish company headquartered in Abu Dhabi – did actually close a 1.4-million-euro pre-seed round at the start of the summer. The round was led by Qora71, the venture capital arm of Hub71, which is the business angel programme launched by the UAE government in 2019.
Predictive analytics and marketing automation
The eVoost proposition is an AI-based real estate platform that uses predictive analytics and marketing automation to support every off-plan development decision, from planning to pricing. Its predictive analytics address everything from buyer preferences to price trends and even social media before a project starts.
Integrated directly into the developer’s website, eVoost makes it easy to track projects without extracting customer data from outside the company or altering its branding. With a focus on strategic selling, it has a multilingual, round-the-clock AI agent who prepares personalised virtual tours for potential customers.
Critical challenges
In total, the 26 selected startups have raised over $223 million dollars. 81%of the projects involve developing artificial intelligence-based solutions to address critical challenges in industries that are a priority for Abu Dhabi. In doing so, the programme aims to leverage its specialised Hub71+ AI ecosystem, which has been supported by partners like AI71, Core42, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google for Startups.
Cohort 17 startups will join Hub71’s Access programme, which includes a comprehensive support package of up to 500,000 United Arab Emirates dirhams (around 115,000 euros) in cash and in kind. The best-performing startups will in addition receive up to 1 million United Arab Emirates dirhams (around 230,000 euros) in follow-up support after completing one year with Hub71. They will also have access to the Hub71 network, the Abu Dhabi market, the talent pool and investor networks.
Hub71 CEO Ahmad Ali Alwan explains, “The startups joining Cohort 17 reflect the ambition and calibre of the founders we are welcoming into our community. Backed by strong funding and the building of technologies with broad market applications, they are pursuing growth globally. Their decision to build from Abu Dhabi highlights the strength of our ecosystem and its position as a global launchpad for innovation.”
