Inetum chooses Spain for its new specialised technology hub

The hub will house 400 employees by 2027 and will serve 19 countries.

The French company Inetum, whose business activities are dedicated to digital services, has announced its project to set up a technology hub in Murcia specialising in Salesforce. The new centre aims to become a hub for attracting digital talent, while at the same time raising the region’s profile in the 19 countries that will use its services.

Having extensive experience with this customer relationship management (CRM) programme, Inetum plans to generate employment over the next three years to reach 400 jobs by 2027. This figure implies a growth of over 300% for its workforce in the Region of Murcia. In addition, the company will collaborate with local academic institutions to foster and develop technological talent in the region.

Strong commitment to the region
CEO of Inetum Spain, Ion Ander Bordonaba, describes the launch of the Salesforce specialisation centre in Murcia as “the first step in our firm commitment to this region; we want to continue growing and support the administration with its digital transformation, while developing talent and generating employment, with the forecast of growing our workforce to 400 professionals in the next three years. Collaboration with universities, academic institutions and training centres will also be a lever for developing technological talent".

Inetum currently employs over 400 Salesforce experts and has 850 certifications. In addition, through its recent acquisition of Nubika, a certified Salesforce Summit Partner, Inetum has enhanced and expanded its capabilities, services and market position, especially in the public sector, e-commerce, consumer goods, automotive and logistics industries. The acquired company added 80 employees to Inetum's Spanish workforce in mid-2024.

In addition to its upcoming specialised centre, the French company, which has several contracts with public administrations in Murcia, currently has two offices and 120 professionals in the region working on various projects.
