The microelectronics sector, known especially for its role in the manufacture of semiconductors, is a key sector for the EU in its goal of recovering digital sovereignty. Spain, in its commitment to this sector and with the aim of consolidating the national ecosystem and leveraging foreign investment, has implemented the financial tool known as PERTE Chip. The Mapping of the Spanish Microelectronics Ecosystem aims to be the white paper of reference in this sector, analyzing all the actors involved in the semiconductor value chain in Spain, a key document for interested entities to gain first-hand knowledge of the Spanish ecosystem and its characteristics.
