ICEX-Invest in Spain will once again take part in SOUTH SUMMIT, jointly with Red.es as part of the agreement to promote the digital economy and the internationalization of Spanish companies. This is the eighth year that ICEX-Invest in Spain has supported this initiative, after its success with the public and the impact of the first seven editions. ICEX-Invest in Spain is participating to raise awareness of its support for Spanish startups through the Investors Network, to assist foreign startups wishing to set up in Spain, and to showcase the investment opportunities in Spain.

SOUTH SUMMIT is the leading innovation platform which connects the most disruptive startups with worldwide investors and corporations seeking to improve their global competitiveness through innovation. SOUTH SUMMIT will be held on 6-8 October 2020, this year on a hybrid event. SOUTH SUMMIT brings together actors in the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a way of generating opportunities and serving as a rendezvous for the most promising startups, leading international investors and corporations committed to innovation. It has thus become established as an important meeting point for the entrepreneurial ecosystem in southern Europe, and serves as a bridge for opportunities between Spain, the Mediterranean and Latin America.
