ICEX-Invest in Spain's participation will focus on analyzing the key aspects for improving the competitiveness of the food industry in Spain in one of the roundtables, together with representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Spanish Federation of Food and Beverage Industries (FIAB) and the technology platform Food for Life-Spain.

The aim of this activity by ICEX-Invest in Spain is to promote the modernization and efficiency of the Spanish agri-food sector and improve its international positioning in order to attract added value foreign investors.

The event, which will take place on the Zoom platform, will emphasize the importance of technology applied to the agricultural sector in Spain and highlight the different agents promoting innovation in Agri-foodTech – including startups, food corporations, research centers, public institutions and investors – and describe the role of the collaboration between them.
