Over the four days of the event, activities, workshops, conferences, pitching sessions and master classes will be held to analyse the challenges facing the production, distribution and exhibition sectors and to define the future of the industry.

ICEX-Invest in Spain will use its presence at the event to promote Spain as an international filming location and to present the Spain Audiovisual Bureau, the central information point for companies in the sector, both for Spanish companies wishing to internationalise their product and for foreign companies wishing to shoot, co-produce or set up in Spain.

Iberseries & Platino Industria is the largest international event for professionals linked to the audiovisual industry in Spanish and Portuguese. This year, the Forum's programme will analyse, among other topics, the evolution of business models in global content creation, the future of television fiction and the importance of strategic alliances.

This international event for the Ibero-American audiovisual industry, which will be attended by representatives of the sector from both sides of the Atlantic, will feature panel discussions, keynotes and spotlights.

Vanesa Alvarez, Director of Foreign Investment Projects at ICEX-Invest in Spain, will participate in the round table 'FIPCA Presents: tax incentives and cash rebates in Latin America' to highlight the advantages of filming in Spain, to be held on 2 October at 17:00 in the auditorium of the Casa del Lector - Matadero.

The Invest in Spain team will also participate in the financing breakfast organised as part of 'US Day' on 3 October.
