At the beginning of the event, ICEX-Invest in Spain's Executive Director, Elisa García Grande, will present the services offered by Invest in Spain to international investors interested in setting up their business in Spain.

The main conference will be conducted by Rafael Aguilera Gordillo, lawyer and consultant expert in Compliance and Criminal Responsibility of legal entities, while Manuel A. Gómez Valdez, associate professor and dean of Postgraduates and Global Affairs at Florida International University College of Law, will act as master of ceremonies.

The event is aimed at the Spanish-speaking public, especially managers, corporate lawyers, legal advisors and members of the compliance bodies of those companies that wish to settle in Spain or carry out commercial operations with Spanish companies.
