Atos opens new Seville state-of-the-art cybersecurity centre
It includes crisis rooms, continuous monitoring areas, cybersecurity laboratories and a specialised training centre.
Digital services company Atos, which specialises in AI-driven digital transformation, has officially opened its new Modern Security Operations Centre (MSOC) in Seville. The new facility is the eighteenth in the French company's network of interconnected security operations centres and will use cutting-edge technology to create a new cybersecurity environment.
The new MSOC is equipped with crisis rooms, continuous monitoring areas, cybersecurity laboratories for IT, OT and IoT environments, and a training centre specialising in cybersecurity. Among other things, it offers advanced proactive monitoring services, early detection of cyberattacks, analytics, incident response and technology infrastructure management. Operating continuously, its goal is to respond to the growing complexity of threats and technological challenges.
Advanced and scalable solutions
Designed to enhance its adaptability and flexibility to the specific needs of each client, the MSOC in Seville offers advanced and scalable solutions. It is a strategic operations centre that provides high-capacity, high-efficiency Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and SOC services. The company highlights this opening as a testament to its commitment to digital security, innovation, operational excellence and investment in Iberia.
The new cybersecurity ecosystem being developed by the MSOC aims to improve prediction, detection and response capabilities against advanced threats. To achieve this, it will use threat intelligence collected and generated by Atos through its threat intelligence exchange platform, perform centrally managed and adjusted detections, as well as threat hunting and automation playbooks and developing the AI-powered Virtual SOC Analyst.
