Foundever reinforces growth strategy in Spain

The company specialising in customer experience will create 300 new jobs in Seville.
Foundever, a customer service company based in Miami but having originated in France, has taken a new step in its growth strategy in Spain. The firm, which employs around 3,000 people at its offices in Madrid, Seville and Barcelona, has announced that a further 300 permanent jobs will be created in the Andalusian capital.
The new professionals, with commercial profiles, will not require any qualifications or specialisation. This is an important feature of the company, which takes care of training its selected employees internally and guarantees them a professional development and growth plan. In fact, 93% of its employees in management were promoted internally, and 84% of the company’s current workforce has grown and developed within the company. According to an internal survey, 77% of the company’s employees appreciate these opportunities for growth.
Selection process under way
The selection process for the 300 new recruits has already started and consists of two simple steps. First of all, those interested should send an email to jobs.spain@foundever.com with the words Commercial – Seville in the subject line. Those selected will attend a face-to-face interview, and those who pass the interview stage will join the multinational immediately.
