ICEX-Invest in Spain will participate in the first edition of the event “Startup Europe Smart Agrifood Summit” that will be held in the city of Málaga from 20th to 22nd of June with the support of GD Connect of the European Commission.

The Summit goal is to create a meeting point between innovative ideas and funding Access and to show the latest technologies in the Agrifood value chain presented by rapidly growing startups in the new digital economy.

Invest in Spain, as bronze partner, will participate in the event with a institutional stand, two networking agendas and it will participate in a round table “Promoting Rapid Growth” presenting the “Rising Startup Spain” program. Invest in Spain will also present the sesión Why invest in Spain? Innovation made in Spain. We will present an overview of the Agrifood industry in Spain, its strengths and business opportunities for foreign investors. After that, some of the most innovative Spanish start ups will feature their latest products and innovative ideas as an example of the current dynamism in the Spanish agrifood sector.
