This fair is one of the world's leading conventions dedicated to the mineral exploration industry. For three days, it brings together all the agents and companies related to this industry.

The event has been held since 1932 and has grown in both size and influence to become the key event in the sector. The convention includes an exhibition area (more than 1,100 exhibitors) as well as technical sessions and networking sessions, 2,500 investors, for the almost 26,000 attendees from 132 countries.

ICEX-Invest in Spain is attending through the Spanish Economic and Commercial Office in Ottawa, which will attend the event in order to make contact with this important sector for attracting investment and to visit foreign companies that may be exploring alternatives to their current operations.
