Global LATAM is the leading reference report for the analysis of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) generated by Latin American countries and companies. The eighth edition of the Global LATAM report, promoted by ICEX with the support of SEGIB and the IDB, is published in the framework of the 30th Ibero-American Summit and consolidates its position as a key reference for analysing Latin America's economic relations with the world, particularly with Spain. This edition broadens its scope by incorporating inward investment flows received by the region, as well as a detailed analysis of Latin American international trade. In a global context marked by geopolitical uncertainty, Latin America maintained moderate growth and improved its trade and investment indicators. The report highlights the strengthening of economic ties between Spain and Latin America, with favourable prospects driven by new trade agreements and a strong bilateral investment relationship.
