This year's call will be hybrid (Moscow and online) and ICEX-Invest in Spain will participate with a presentation of the Spanish entrepreneurship ecosystem and the Rising UP in Spain programme to attract talent and startups to Spain.

The Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Moscow has already participated in the last three editions of this event and has been able to verify that it is the ideal forum to attract startups for the 2021 call of the Rising UP in Spain programme.

The event is organized by the IIDF (Internet Initiatives Development Fund), one of the key players in the Russian ecosystem. Among its objectives, in addition to investment in companies, it has to promote the development of the national ecosystem for which it has created a network of accelerators and the coordination of initiatives related to the regulation of the venture capital industry.

In recent years, it has become the most active venture capital fund in the Russian ecosystem of startups ranging from the early stage to series A. The event will bring together more than 500 startups, 120 investors and 100 large corporations.
