The IE Business School online MBA ranks second worldwide

This is the only Spanish business school among the top 20 of the Financial Times annual ranking

The global ranking by the Financial Times of the best online MBAs worldwide again positions IE Business School in the upper part of the table, though this year it drops from first place, held since the creation of this classification in 2014. In 2018, this MBA ranks second, behind the Warwick Business School in Great Britain.

The online MBA in the Global MBA ranking has a fifteen-month duration, and is offered exclusively in English. According to the pamphlet available in the school's website, it combines 80% of online classes with 20% on-site classes, distributed in alternating three-week sessions at its headquarters in Madrid and a one-week international immersion.

95% international students
To compile the list, the Financial Times analyzes aspects such as the students' profiles, career development, academic experience, degree of diversity and quality of the faculty. The Global MBA counts with 95% of international students, 25% female students, and Managers from over 60 countries.

The United States occupies fourteen of the twenty slots in this ranking, although this country's first school listed, University of Massachusetts Amherst-Isenberg, is in third place. IE Business School is Spain's only business school in this ranking, in which only another three European (specifically, British) schools are listed, in addition to one from Australia and another in Peru.
